Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped orproduced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. Wecannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped
out.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to applyfor a return within 14 days after delivery of the product. To beeligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the samecondition that you received it. It must also be in the originalpackaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof ofpurchase. Please contact customer service to confirm the correct
return address.

Notes
 • Custom-order or personalised items do not qualify for the 14-day refund right.

 • If the return is caused by the customer (change of mind, wrongchoice, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.The exact fee is based on the shipping carrier you choose.

•  If the return is due to our error (damaged goods, wrong items,defective products), the customer is not required to bear returnshipping fees.
 No restocking fee will be charged to customers for any product
return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you anotification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval orrejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed,and a credit will automatically be applied to your original paymentmethod within a reasonable number of days.

Late or missing refunds (ifapplicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet:
1. First check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank; there is often processing time before
refunds are posted.
